Are you interested in owning your own home on the south peninsula, but are finding it difficult to navigate the challenging housing market with a limited income? The Home Ownership program is available for eligible applicants to begin the process of owning their own home at a subsidized rate. Home ownership not only benefits families and individuals by giving them stronger sense of permanence and financial independence, it also benefits our economy as a whole. The more people who own homes in an area the more money is spent on local businesses and goods and there, and that means a stronger year-round economy for all of us.
The Home Ownership Program is operated on a first-come-first-served basis and is subject to the current availability of funds. The Ninilchik Traditional Council is able to carry note which makes the program accessible for those with challenging credit histories.
