NTC Community Clinic offers a wide variety of medical services. From diabetes management and in-house x-rays to urgent care and immunization services, our friendly and professional medical staff provide dedicated and quality healthcare for you and your entire family.

A few of the healthcare services we offer:

   Onsite Laboratory Services

NTC Community Clinic offers daily phlebotomy services as well as the capability to run numerous in-house tests via our laboratory. Tests we are unable to offer onsite are shipped daily to the ANMC lab or Quest Diagnostics.

    Physical Exams

Whether you need a pre-employment, DOT, CDL, Coast Guard, Insurance, Wellness, or school physical, NTC Community Clinic is able to accommodate your needs. Drug screens and lab work are also available.

o            Women’s Health

Our providers offer prenatal to birth care, endometrial biopsies, and family planning resources.

o             Dermatology

Biopsies, mole removal, cryotherapy, wart destruction, and benign lesion excision are all available as minor in-office procedures.

o            Manipulation & Injections

Doctor Sarah Spencer is a practitioner of Osteopathic Manipulative Therapy and can perform manual adjustments as required.  Injections for arthritic joints, tendonitis, and trigger points can also form part of treatments provided by the Clinic.

  Referrals to Specialty Clinics

Our RN Case Manager coordinates travel and other arrangements for IHS beneficiaries in conjunction with Alaska Native Medical Center.

   Pharmacy services

NTC Pharmacy contracts have been set up in Soldotna with Fred Meyer Pharmacy and in Homer with Ulmer’s Drug and Hardware. The contracts provide up to 30 day supply of urgent medications prescribed only through the Ninilchik Community Clinic at a 25% cost to the IHS beneficiary. Routine medications are handled through ANMC.
